Our Company History

About us

2016-2017

Sal transitioned from the medical assistant field to landscaping and introduced Andrew to the trade. When Sal joined the union, Andrew gained experience by working at various landscaping companies in the region.

2017-2018

While working full-time jobs, the brothers started a small landscaping business, offering mowing and trimming services out of Andrew's hatchback car. They occasionally faced challenges meeting demand and did small landscape construction projects on the side.

2019

With a loan from their mother, the brothers purchased a small truck. They continued to grow their business, acquiring additional vehicles and obtaining their landscape contractor's license. Andrew joined the United States Army, and Sal managed the business, expanding its operations.

2019-2021

During this period, the business saw significant growth. Sal achieved over $300,000 in sales, while Andrew gained valuable engineering experience in the military.

2022-2024

The brothers included their mother in the business, leveraging her valuable experience. They expanded their capabilities, obtaining electrical and pole installation licenses. Andrew returned from military service and pursued a General Engineering license. The company is now focused on acquiring a pipeline license, aiming to excel through expert knowledge, professional employees, and high-quality work.

started his construction career at 18 and brings seven years of industry experience. As a former horizontal construction engineer for the United States Army, he has developed a strong foundation in construction principles and leadership. Transitioning from military service, Andrew is now fully dedicated to building the company, leveraging his extensive experience and expertise to drive its success.

Sal Flores

Sal managed the daily operations of the company while Andrew served in the United States Army. With over 10 years of diverse experience in various construction fields, he has built extensive expertise in pipeline and landscape work. His background as an employee provides him with a unique understanding of the industry's workings. Together with his brother, Sal built the business from the ground up
